Appointment Request and Management System

Here you can request and manage your own appointments at our studio.

If this is your first time using our Appointment Request and Management System, please take a moment to review the steps below. Thank you.

• First time users must complete a brief registration form in order to log in.
• Log in and select the service you are requesting an appointment for.
• Choose an available date and time. 
  If you can’t find a date and time that is convenient for you give us a call or click here a special request.
• Press the “Confirm Appointment Request” button to confirm the date and time selected.
• Some appointments require a reservation retainer. If so, you will be directed to make your payment via Papal to complete your appointment request. If you have any problems, or wish to make other arrangements to pay a required retainer, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
• You will be emailed the details of your appointment appointment request.
   
• After we review your request we will reply with an approval confirmation specifically stating “APPOINTMENT ACCEPTED”.
   
• Please DO NOT consider your appointment request valid and scheduled until you receive the “APPOINTMENT ACCEPTED” notification.
