Client authorizes Peter M. Budraitis Photography to create the work listed above.  All prices are subject to NYS sales tax. A minimum deposit of 1/2 of the order is required to begin. Final payment is due on completion of work. Interest will commence on any balance due thirty days after notification that order is ready for delivery. The rate of interest is 1 1/2% per month (18% per year). Client agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees in the event collection of this debt is required.

Furthermore, it is understood that all images created by Peter M. Budraitis Photography are copyrighted and as such are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. Client agrees not to scan or reproduce in any manner any images without prior written permission.  All rights to the negatives and/or digital image files are reserved by Peter M. Budraitis Photography, including use in display, publication, advertisement and professional competition.  Negatives and/or digital image files will be retained for a minimum of two years from the order date, so that you may order additional portraits at your convenience.
