Welcome to our Scheduling Management System

Here you can manage your own appointments at our studio. New users to our system must register first. Using the system is easy. After you log in, select the type of appointment you desire. Choose at date and time.  Select “Request Appointment”. Then simply “Confirm & Checkout”. You will be emailed the details of your appointment. After we review your request we will reply with an approval confirmation specifically stating “APPOINTMENT ACCEPTED”. Please DO NOT consider your appointment valid until you receive the “APPOINTMENT ACCEPTED” email notification. If you can’t find a date and time that is convenient for you give us a call or click here a special request.
